12+ Months Contract
Pay Rate :- $50 to $55 on C2C Max
Job Responsibilities:
1. Technical guidance to the team and owning the Program Delivery
2. Responsible for Project Planning, executing, controlling, closure of projects, creation of teams and cost-effective project delivery.
3. Client Relationship Management: Engaged with client in ongoing meetings/discussions and following a regular cadence of reviews to ensure alignment with client KPI's
4. Managing team of Developers/Designers/Testers. Leading and driving the team for better performance, performing Resource Planning & utilization (allocation/release, ramp up/ramp down)
5. Management and oversight for delivery of a portfolio of initiatives focused on data management, Telecom OSS/BSS solutions, reporting and ensuring that the deliverable align with strategic priorities.
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders during UAT
7. Managing projects in fast paced agile ecosystem and ensuring quality deliverables within stringent timelines
8. Responsible for Risk Management, maintaining the Risk documentation and mitigations plan.
9. Client management, Effective communication to identify customer needs and evaluate alternative business solution, managing day to day customer interaction (driving Projects status meetings with customer and multiple stakeholders of the projects), built a trust by delivering a quality product towards client needs and expectations in timely manner and have been receiving further businesses/project extensions without any bidding process.
10. Publishing project metrics dashboard to internal and external stakeholder.
Technical Skills:
1. Experience in Network IT and Telecommunications especially in Data mediation
2. Experience in large scale, hybrid (on prem, cloud) cloud solutions utilizing AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Observability implementations.
3. Exposure in architecting large scale, hybrid (on prem, cloud) cloud solutions utilizing AWS
4. Extensive experience in developing Micro services based platforms/Applications using Java/Node, React/Angular , DB ( RDBMS/NoSQL) and AWS
5. BE/B.Tech Graduate in Electronics/Computer Science with 15+ years of relevant experience including minimum of 10 years in Program management in IT services in Telecom Sector.
6. Easily grasp the new technologies and updated as well.
