Job Title: Senior Network Security Engineer
Location: St. Louis, MO (Day 1 onsite)

Visa: Only H1 with Passport No
Rate: $57/Hr. on C2C (Non Negotiable)
Must Have: CISCO ASA AND JUNIPER Firewalls.
Summary and Responsibilities
· A Security Engineer specializing in Cisco and Juniper firewalls is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures to protect network infrastructure.
· This role involves collaboration with various teams to support business objectives and provide technical guidance
Role Responsibilities
Firewall Management:
· Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco ASA and Juniper SRX firewalls
· Develop and implement firewall policies and rule sets to ensure network security
· Perform regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks
Network Security
· Implement and manage network security measures, including IPS/IDS, VPNs, and NAC
· Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Required Technical Qualification
· Strong understanding of network security principles and technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IPS/IDS, NAC).
· Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco ASA and Juniper SRX firewalls
· Knowledge of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, etc.)
· Experience with network monitoring and management tools
· Familiarity with cloud security concepts and technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
· Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Perl is a plus
