Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation Specialist
Job Summary: The Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation Specialist will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud within our OTC processes. This individual will coordinate with OTC Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements, conduct testing, align system processes with job functions, and create comprehensive workflows and documentation. Additionally, this role is responsible for providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with OTC SMEs to gather and document detailed business requirements for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
Testing Coordination: Plan, execute, and oversee testing activities with the implementation partner to ensure the system meets business needs and requirements.
Process Alignment: Align system processes with job functions to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Workflow Creation: Develop and document workflows that support the new system processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Status Reporting: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any issues that need resolution.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure detailed design requirements are captured.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Oracle BI, Tableau).
- Proven experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency..
Technical Skills: Optional
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Knowledge of integration tools and middleware (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft).
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
- Understanding of data migration and data mapping techniques.
- Experience with system configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Oracle BI, Tableau).
