Job Title: Business system analyst with Capital Market
Location: Plaza, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
Key Responsibilities & Core Skills:
- Knowledge & Hands on experience in Asset management is a must.
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and data sources to design and develop data solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineers, business & technology stakeholders to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Create and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and metadata documentation.
- Work with UX/UI team to develop user interfaces (wire frames) and user experiences for web applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback sessions.
- Perform data analysis, and data mining to generate insights and recommendations using SQL
- Drive functional testing of data platform & UI.
- Apply best practices and industry standards for documenting requirements, templates, etc.,
- Use agile methodologies and tools like Jira to manage requirements.
- Strong SQL and Analytical skills .
- Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with senior client-side stakeholder with minimum guidance.
- Domain Knowledge – Investment Management
- Min 15 years’ experience for onsite BA
Other Skills:
- Experience meeting with business to gather and document business requirements.
- Strong leadership qualities.
