Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled Lead Administrator to join our team in Detroit, MI. As a Lead Administrator, you will be responsible for managing VMware & Windows L2\L3 operations. Your role will involve responding to and resolving incidents, performing installations, configurations, testing, troubleshooting, and coordinating with third parties for hardware replacements and upgrades. Additionally, you will be involved in patch management, root cause analysis, application installs and upgrades, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 4+ years of experience in VMware 6.7, 7.0, 8.0
· Strong knowledge of VMware, Cisco UCS, Virtualization, and Windows Server Administration
· Experience with WSUS, SCCM, and Hyper-V
· Knowledge of MSCS Clustering, Microsoft KMS, and backup solutions
· Understanding of Storage and SAN switches
· Monitoring tools experience is a plus
· Microsoft Windows certification is an advantage
