Job Title : Service Now Integrations Developer
Location : Remote (Need Locals only Kansas city, Frisco, or Seatle)
Duration : 12 Months
Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
· 9+ year of overall experience
· 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
· Proficiency in Integration Hub, including custom spoke development, MID Servers, and secure credential management.
· Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide Record, GlideSystem, and scripted web services.
· Experience with Flow Designer, Playbooks, and Process Automation Designer.
· Solid understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth2, Basic Auth, API Keys, etc.).
· Familiarity with prompt design for GenAI workflows and integrating AI responses into flows.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
· ServiceNow CSA certification is required; Integration Hub, CAD, or AI certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
· Exposure to ServiceNow Generative AI or AI Search configuration.
· Experience integrating with platforms like Azure, Workday, JIRA, or Splunk.
· Familiarity with DevOps toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, and App Repository.
· Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or CSM modules.
