Job Title : SAP HCM with Change Management
Location : Remote
Duration : 6+ Months
Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
• General degree or equivalent/recognized professional qualifications.
• At least 7 years prior work experience in change management, with a focus on HR/HCM transformations, preferably SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or other HRIS implementations
• Certification in Prosci, CCMP or a similar change management framework is desirable.
• Experience in organizational development, workforce transition planning and process re-engineering
• Proven ability to work in complex, matrixed environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
• MS and Office 365 tools (Teams; SharePoint; PowerPoint; Excel
• Demonstrated experience in various industries such as, Retail, Manufacturing, Mining, Government, Federally Regulated organizations
· Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills to support leaders and employees through change.
· Previous experience as a senior project/change manager within an SAP implementation managing teams.
· Ability to lead and work in teams - interpersonal skills are essential.
· Experience in preparing, managing, and chairing project/program meetings and committees.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills coupled with investigative/research abilities.
· Ability to manage a diverse workload and effectively prioritise the tasks within
· Critical thinker and can effectively work through problems to find solutions.
