Job Title : BizOps ( Mainframe + Production Support )
Location : O’Fallon, MO(Onsite)
Duration : 12+ Months Contract
Job Description :
1. Mainframe skill sets primarily require in production support environment.
2. Should have worked extensively in COBOL, DB2, VSAM, JCL, File aid,.
3. Skill in writing, performing and analyse the DML, DDL activities verification, Cobol JCL experience
4. Hands on experience in Mainframe batch operations, Scheduling, batch performance monitoring.
5. Should have Production Support experience and create & follow the Standard Operating Procedures.
6. Any monitoring tool like Splunk, Dynatrace good to have.
7. Analytical and systematic troubleshooting skill sets to drive the root cause analysis.
8. Unix or zOs- Good at unix user, file permission related commands.
9. Should have knowledge on ITIL process - at bare minimum Incident Management, Change Management & Service Request Management. Preferably worked on any Ticketing tool
10. Should have client facing experience in the form of attending daily status calls.
11. Should have good written and oral communication skills
12. Willing to work in different shift timings
