Job Description:
Experience in B2C Retail / QSR environments.
The BTA acts as the primary representative of the business aligned and
dedicated to Squads.
Their primary responsibility is ensuring product development is solving
current business problems and meets stakeholder expectations and vision
set forth by Product Directors and Managers.
The BTA manages the story backlog for the squad, interfacing with the
product manager to ensure the team is building the right feature
throughout the sprints.
