Job description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CMS Specialist with expertise in Joomla, WordPress, and SharePoint, along with system administration skills for Confluence, and the ability to manage and optimize our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining content management systems, overseeing Confluence administration, and leading the RPA initiatives within the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and ensure smooth operation of key platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management System (CMS) Administration:
Manage, configure, and maintain CMS platforms including Joomla, WordPress, and SharePoint.
Ensure websites and portals are functional, user-friendly, and up-to-date with the latest content and security updates.
Implement and optimize CMS features, plugins, and themes to meet organizational needs.
Work with content creators and designers to manage and publish content.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMS platforms, including performance, integration, and security concerns.
System Administration for Confluence:
Administer and configure Confluence instances, ensuring seamless access and collaboration for internal teams.
Manage permissions, spaces, and user groups to control access and data integrity.
Monitor Confluence performance and apply regular updates, backups, and patches.
Troubleshoot any issues related to Confluence functionality, user management, and integrations.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Program Management:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA projects, from requirements gathering and process analysis to deployment and maintenance.
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify suitable processes for automation and define RPA goals and KPIs.
Manage the RPA development team and ensure timely delivery of automation solutions.
Monitor RPA performance and troubleshoot any issues in production environments.
Stay updated on RPA tools, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the program.
Collaboration  Cross-Functional Work:
Work closely with the IT team, business stakeholders, and content creators to ensure smooth operations across all platforms.
Provide training and support to end-users on CMS and Confluence best practices.
Ensure strong integration between RPA solutions, CMS platforms, and other internal tools.
Security  Compliance:
Ensure CMS platforms, Confluence, and RPA solutions adhere to security policies, data privacy regulations, and organizational standards.
Regularly audit and review systems for compliance, and implement security patches and updates as needed.
Performance Optimization & Monitoring:
Regularly analyze performance metrics and ensure all platforms (CMS, Confluence, RPA) are functioning optimally.
Proactively address any performance or usability issues
