Sr. ServiceNow Developer
Location : Richmond, VA or McLean, VA (1st preference) or Plano TX (2nd preference
Skills:
5+ years experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery including MID Server configurations, Probes, Sensors, and Patterns
Work as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow Discovery, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting support, and driving resolution of complex issues.
Extensive experience in ServiceNow Discovery (Agentless & Agent-based).
Implement data normalization, reconciliation, and enrichment processes to ensure accurate and reliable asset data
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and applications.
Experience implementing integration with 3rd party tools
Proficiency in JavaScript, XML and APIs
ServiceNow Expertise : CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, CSDM, 3rd party integration
Certifications: Certified Application Developer (mandatory), CIS in Discovery (nice to have)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
