Title: Python Solutions Architect
Location: Remote
Duration: Long term Contract
Job Description:
As a Python Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing high-performance, scalable solutions for our healthcare clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to create solutions that leverage your expertise in Python, RCM, EDI, and HL7 standards. Your contributions will help drive innovations in our healthcare technology stack and ensure seamless integration with various healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable solutions for RCM, EDI, and healthcare workflows using Python.
· Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and technical leadership to development teams to ensure the adoption of best practices in architecture, coding standards, and design patterns.
· Integration Expertise: Design and implement integrations with third-party healthcare systems using HL7 standards, EDI protocols, and other healthcare-specific technologies.
· Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· RCM & Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Apply expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, healthcare billing systems, and claim management workflows to architect solutions that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
· EDI Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of EDI interfaces for exchanging healthcare data such as claims, billing, and patient information with insurance providers and other healthcare entities.
· Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor junior developers to help them grow in their careers.
· Performance Optimization: Optimize solution performance, ensuring systems are capable of handling large-scale healthcare data and high transaction volumes.
· Documentation: Provide clear, detailed technical documentation for designs, implementation, and integration strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development and architecture.
· At least 3 years of experience working with healthcare systems, specifically with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
· Deep understanding and hands-on experience with HL7 messaging standards and protocols.
· Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale, high-performance applications in the healthcare domain.
Technical Expertise:
· Strong proficiency in Python and associated frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
· Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL, NoSQL databases).
· Experience with integration tools and APIs for EDI data exchange and HL7 messaging.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
· Knowledge of healthcare IT standards and protocols (HL7, ICD-10, HIPAA).
