Job Title: Senior Business Architect
Location: Remote (EST & CST time zone)
Duration: 11 Months
Overview of Role
- Business Architecture provides a blueprint of an enterprise – holistic, multi-dimensional business views of capabilities, end-to-end value delivery, information, organizational structure, and the relationship among these business views and strategies, policies, initiatives, and stakeholders.
- Roles in Business Architecture are primarily accountable for (but not limited to) evolving the business strategy and associated roadmaps to solve for business challenges, and doing so by defining, creating and linking to a set of business capabilities based on how internal and external factors such as customer experience, people, process, technology, information, are configured today and in the future.
Skills
- Be credible and have strong working knowledge in subject matter unique to the business or have direct access to these SMEs
- Ability to provide leadership guidance on execution strategy and the development and deployment of projects and programs to solve unique and ambiguous problems with broad financial and operational impact
- Ability to connect the dots across products, channels, and segments to identify areas of value
- Ability to cut through complexity and ambiguity to communicate with and influence senior stakeholder group
