Python Architect

Role Description: Key Responsibilities:-
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performing, and secure Python applications.
- Define technical strategy, best practices, and coding standards for Python-based solutions.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams in designing and implementing complex architectures.
- Oversee end-to-end application development from planning to deployment.
- Drive the adoption of microservices, API-first development, and cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and security in applications.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Experience:-
- 14 - 18 years of experience in software development and architecture.
- Extensive experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.).
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven experience in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous processing.
- Expertise in databases (SQL & NoSQL - PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices in application development.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Experience with AI/ML-based Python applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Vue.js) is a bonus.
- Prior experience working in FinTech, HealthTech, or SaaS-based environments.
- Certifications in AWS, GCP, or Azure are a plus.
