Position Title: Senior Product Manager - Technical
Location: O'Fallon, MO (Hybrid - Onsite 3 Days/Week)

Position Description:
Only qualified Technical Product Manager candidates located near O'Fallon, MO will be considered due to the onsite requirement.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong understanding of product architecture and component interaction, including APIs, user interfaces, Kafka (axon), NGFT, caching (Redis), encryption/decryption, security protocols, and microservices architecture.
- Capable of comprehending React and Java code.
- Strong knowledge of databases (Oracle, Postgres) and experience writing complex queries.
- Expertise in Agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Solid experience with Java/J2EE and Linux/Solaris.
- Hands-on experience in Digital Native Applications and microservices development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Big Data technologies, including Databricks and Hadoop.
