- Establish governance models for ongoing process monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process mining and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, process mining, or process automation.
- Hands-on experience with process mining platforms such as Celonis, Signavio, UiPath Process Mining, or Apromore.
- Strong understanding of SQL, data pipelines, and event log extraction from enterprise systems.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, and ITSM platforms (SAP, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), workflow automation, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into business impact.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating across business and IT teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau for advanced analytics.
- Familiarity with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Knowledge of business process modeling, process governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Prior experience working on process reengineering and digital transformation initiatives.
