· SFDC Solution Architect to translate vision into product solutions based on business needs
· Analyze and understand company needs, goals, and business processes
· Design and implement Salesforce solutions that are scalable and efficient
· Work with other IT professionals and stakeholders to create project plans
· Oversee the development and testing process to ensure the Salesforce solution works as expected
· Ensure data integrity and maintain system security
· Recommend Salesforce features and functions to improve business processes
· Provide technical support and training to end-users
· Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalities
· Document system configurations, design, and technical specifications
· Resolve complex issues related to Salesforce implementation and usage
