- Person need to interact with business users to understand the requirements and work on the fixes/enhancements required on urgent basis.
Job Description:
- 10+ years, direct functional and technical experience years of
- 10+ experience with Oracle queries (of high complexity)
- Strong functional understanding of Retail Energy Trading for - Power, Gas Knowledge of Retail – Retail Deal structuring, Pricing, Contracts, Forecasting, Invoicing, Settlements, Bid to Bill management (ISO/RTO bids, awards, tags etc), Customer Hedges, Broker Payments, Market Risk VaR, Reference Data, ERP Integration, End of Month Accounting Should have experience in managing an end-to-end delivery of trade capture system Adept in handling business changes and managing stakeholder expectations Provide comprehensive documentation for requirements (Epic, feature, user story, acceptance criteria including edge case scenarios), enable functional design & workflow detailing, support project tracking Conduct effectively backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning and enable development & quality teams with complete functional/domain understanding.
- Assist in triaging and prioritizing issues related to project deployments.
- Communicate with business users and conduct iterative demonstrations for effective MVP built up.
- Effective management of tasks, timelines, progress reporting on tasks Communicate proactively on status, process standards, changes, gaps and workarounds clearly and succinctly to all stakeholders, including third party vendor(s) as applicable.
- Thorough understanding of Agile and waterfall delivery methodology Knowledge and experience with using Azure DevOps in full software lifecycle Manage communication across multiple teams, third party vendor, and multiple consulting staff Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
