· Salesforce experience on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce architectures
· Manage multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality
· Develop and enforce technical standards, policies, and procedures
· Drive innovation and adoption of new Salesforce technologies and features
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success
