Role: Automation Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows.
Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Selenium.
Integrate automation workflows with existing IT systems, ensuring seamless operation.
Provide ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation processes.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflow diagrams, user guides, and training materials.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure automation aligns with business goals.
Ensure automation solutions adhere to data security, compliance, and scalability standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in automation design and implementation.
Proficiency in automation and scripting tools (e.g., UiPath, Python, PowerShell).
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and their integration capabilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud-based automation platforms (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, AWS Lambda).
Knowledge of API integrations and middleware platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
