Job Description (Posting). To ensure implementation of quality initiatives and adherence to identified quality standards with a view to improving the delivery capabilities of the assigned organizational delivery units (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. To provide facilitation for delivery unit/engagements in line with defined process and ensure compliance against the defined process through audits.
2. To participate and contribute in quality councils (SEPG| Metrics| DPC etc..)| drive quality initiatives and external audits within delivery unit/engagement
3. To review and supervise the reporting process involving the various stakeholders.
4. To manage and develop the team for engagement.
5. To participate in customer reviews and establish customer connect
6. To deliver training in the defined areas as per requirements.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented End-to-End (E2E) Test Manager to lead testing efforts for the Aladdin Integration Program. This program involves integrating multiple systems with BlackRock's Aladdin platform, and as the E2E Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire testing lifecycle, ensuring the seamless integration and quality of the platform. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of E2E testing, system integration, financial services, and project management.
Qualifications and Experience:
Around 15-20 Years of Overall Experience in QA
Good Experience of managing QA for Aladdin integration projects
Exposure to managing high complex initiatives
Key Skills (Mandatory)
Financial Domain Expertise:
Understanding of investment management processes, financial instruments, asset classes, and risk management.
Knowledge of portfolio management, trading, operations, compliance, and reporting in the investment management industry.
Familiarity with performance measurement, benchmarks, and asset allocation methodologies.
Aladdin Knowledge:
Experience with the Aladdin platform or similar asset management systems (BlackRock's Aladdin).
Understanding of the architecture, workflows, and integration points within the Aladdin ecosystem.
Defect & Test Management:
Strong understanding of test methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
Proven experience in managing large-scale test projects, particularly in system migration, ERP, or financial services software.
Project Management:
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile, PRINCE2).
Ability to handle test-related project risks and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Automation & Performance Testing:
Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, JUnit).
Ability to implement performance testing for investment management workloads, including scalability, latency, and load testing.
Data Migration Testing:
Experience with data migration testing, including data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation for financial systems.
Knowledge of database management and data integrity checks specific to financial data (e.g., trade data, transaction data).
Regulatory Compliance:
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the investment management space (e.g., MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD).
Knowledge of compliance testing and ensuring that all migrated processes meet local regulatory standards.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Capability to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement in testing processes.
