Senior Solution Architect Newark NJ ONSITE

Contract

In this role, you will serve as a core senior member of the client team and will be responsible to analyze as-is state investor communication services architecture, business processes and dependencies, define and design capability-based cloud architecture for target-state on AWS. You will also, be responsible to design and develop investor communication services solutions along with a core team of engineers who would gather and provide feedback on as-is state.

• Experience working with large financial services client environments and multi geo teams.
• Proven ability working with client Business, Product Owners and Technology stake holders and managing expectations and communications independently.

•            Experienced to design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures leveraging industry best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align solutions with business and technology goals.
• Experience working with executives and ability to build consensus between diverse and often conflicting interests, working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve agreement on technical plans.
• Experience working in complete life cycle of a BPM project (designing business process to working with technical team during implementation) and knowledge of BPMN 2.0
• Experience in business process optimization and performance improvement.
• Demonstrable experience in the design of large-scale engines, batch intraday and real time, serving multiple regions.
• Design and architect robust solutions – proof of completing complex architectures
• Experience with cloud-first architectures and how to design solutions that take advantage of the opportunities they offer.
• Ensure cloud systems adhere to security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
• The ideal candidate will have experience coaching senior engineers; working directly with clients; and helping to define and deploy secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions.
• Present architectural designs, roadmaps, and progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Experience working with technical specialists in multiple projects and services, on problems that require broad architectural thinking.

•            Proven experience in delivering complex and high impact solutions.
•            Assess business processes, Identify Bottlenecks and define implementable target state
•            Analyzing audit trails and data trends for process mining to improve performance and identify workflows to automate
•            Lead by example and constant learner.
•            Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication skills.

•            Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key decisions during project delivery

• Strong communications / presentation skills

•            Strong collaboration skills and able to demonstrate a pragmatic approach
•            10-15+ years relevant experience developing a variety of platforms.

Nice to Have Understanding of Corporate Action / Proxy/ Interim processing lifecycle Hands on experience in BPM tools like Camunda, Pega, Appian Experience in frameworks like Togaf and Bizbok
