- Assess current ITSM processes and identify gaps; specifically has good knowledge on 34 processes as per ITIL Version 4.
- Develop and implement new ITSM processes adhering to ITIL standards.
- Collaborate with Customer stakeholders to ensure process alignment with business goals.
- Provide guidance and training on ITSM best practices, Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ITSM processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements; should have implemented ITIL V4 in at least one Engagement end to end.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within ITSM.
