Project Overview:
• The Finance Team has identified two key enhancements for OMAR that
will significantly improve process efficiency and reduce the need for
manual error correction.

Enhancement #1:
• Implementing a Start/End Date Conversion Factor feature for quote
activities.
• This compliance fix will eliminate the risk of duplicate invoicing.

Enhancement #2:
• Introducing a new GPM Feed for Returns.
• This will automate the processes for Returns Receipts, Storage, and
Destruction, thereby minimizing revenue leakage.

Role Scope / Deliverables:
• Resource responsibilities include technical design for OMAR
Enhancements #1 & 2.
• Resource must be familiar with AGILE and work with the IT development
team to deliver the project on time.
• Deliverables include functional requirements, detailed design
specifications, architecture diagrams, and test models / use cases.
