Job Title: QA With Credit Card Testing Exp
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Credit Card Tester Application Submission, Underwriting, Approval, Closure etc.
Responsibilities
· Test credit card systems to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
· Record and report any defects or malfunctions in the credit card system.
· Work closely with developers and other team members to improve Credit Card system performance.
· Create test plans and test cases for Credit Card testing.
· Conduct test execution and document results.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure IVR system meets business needs.
Requirements:
· Experience in Banking domain and Credit card experience is Mandatory.
· Strong knowledge of functional testing and defect lifecycle management.
· Understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in Scrum teams
