Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Lead the design, development, and implementation of nCino Bank Operating System applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
· 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects.
· Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Architect (preferred), or equivalent certifications.
· Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).
· Extensive experience with Salesforce customization, including workflows, process builder, and advanced reporting.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
