Job Title: Senior AWS Data Engineer
Location: Jersey City, NJ-- Onsite
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Responsibilities
· Design and develop scalable/ reusable Model execution component using AWS core services
· Develop cost monitoring component that would enable usage tracking of API’s
· Design, Development, and implementation of notification, and alerting systems using modern cloud technologies.
· Automation of Operational tasks and workload distribution in Public cloud infrastructure like AWS
· Streamline production deployment of various cloud components using Cloud Formation and Terraform integrated with the existing CI/CD pipelines
· Design, Develop and Integrate the Observability components for Cloud based GenAI application
· Participate in team wide application architecture reviews to present design and solutions
Education:
· Master's degree or Equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology
· Ten (10) years of professional work related to software development and implementation and for the last 2 working on cloud-based platforms (AWS), preferably in Financial Services.
Skills:
· Demonstrable experience of implementing enterprise data solutions
· Hands-on development skills in Python, Java in that order of priority
· Understanding of core AWS services uses, and basic AWS architecture best practices
· Proficiency in developing, deploying, and debugging cloud-based applications using AWS
· Experience in integrating Vendor products using Application APIs.
Certifications:
AWS Certified Developer – Associate or above
