Job title: SQL/Snowflake - Tableau Developer - Expert
Location: Raleigh, NC

*** Only Qualified SQL/Snowflake - Tableau developer Candidates currently located near the Raleigh, NC Area will be considered, due to position requiring 100 percent onsite presence. ***
Expert SQL, Snowflake Tableau School Business Data Developer will provide analysis and leadership on data analysis projects across the Client enterprise focusing on School Business Data.
Required Education:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) with a focus on programming, data structure, data visualization.
Required skills / Amount of experience:
• Experience w/ SQL databases and related ETL and advanced data validations in Snowflake (and also Azure) and data visualization using Tableau/Power BI Required 7 Years
• Understanding of different database platforms: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and MS Access. Required 7 Years
• Understanding of Data Warehousing (AWS/Snowflake and Azure) and data mining for reporting and analysis. Required 7 Years
• Understanding of modeling strategies (dimensional, Snowflake, relational, unstructured). Required 7 Years
• Experience designing and delivering data mapping specifications for large reporting platforms. Writing and maintaining business rules using SQL logic Required 7 Years
• Demonstrated experience in writing ad-hoc SQL statements Required 7 Years
• Proven experience with ERD/Data Modelling tools (Toad or others) Required 7 Years
• Experience with data reporting tools especially Tableau (and preferrable also Power BI, Viya, others). Required 7 Years
• Experience in executing projects in an Agile / Hybrid environment.
