Job title: Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: Bellevue, WA
Join a multi-skilled team dedicated to developing innovative wearable cardiac arrhythmia monitors and associated cloud-based software. In this Senior DevOps Engineer role, you'll work in a small and dedicated team passionate about the development of these products. The ideal candidate will be motivated by the unique challenges and opportunities of a fast-growing medical device organization, by solving sophisticated technical problems, and have a penchant for continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or equivalent field with 7+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Cloud Platforms experience, Azure preferred
• Experience with Linux administration
• Experience securing components of a cloud-based application
• Experience with AD B2C Integration
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker or similar orchestration/containerization technologies
• Experience with Source Control systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with configuration management and issue tracking
• Strong ability to troubleshoot issues
• Familiarity with Agile development principles
• Medical device experience is preferred
• Experience developing to any of HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC2, SOX, PCI standards is also preferred
• Familiarity with Python and YAML desired
Senior DevOps Engineer (Cloud Infrastructure and Automation) Responsibilities:
• Deploying, securing and supporting cloud infrastructure solutions to meet system requirements
• Working with and designing automation solutions at scale
• Configuration management across all services and environments
• Building and maintaining pipelines to allow for continuous integration and development
• Release engineering (branching, versioning, tagging, etc.)
• System performance monitoring, logging, and testing
• Working with team members to integrate deployments and infrastructure
• Developing cloud security strategies
• Create documentation consistent with security and regulatory standards
