Job Title : Senior Digital Analytics Analyst
Location : Orlando, FL (Onsite from Day1)
Duration : 6-12 Months
In this role, this resource would help working with large, disparate data-sets , work with multiple data environments / tools, and become a subject matter expert with data and source systems used within various lines of business.
Responsibilities
- Behavioral analysis of website and/or mobile app usage across full digital ecosystem including transactional commerce flows and content consumption
- Emphasis on friction point and journey analysis in support of experience improvement, persona development, demand and conversion optimization questions
- Potentially participate in predictive analytics deliverables including data exploration and feature development
- Ability to independently coordinate with Cast resources, effectively communicate analytical methods and synthesize findings
Qualifications we seek in you!
- Bachelor’s degree in analytical/quantitative field – e.g. statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics, engineering, etc
- 6+ years of analytical and digital experience in relevant field
- Primarily utilize Adobe toolsets (Workspace, CJA, etc.), but ability to work with raw and aggregate data in SQL would be ideal
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Proficiency in , R, and/or Python programming languages
- Interest in machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment
- Ability to deliver work on-time
- Team player mentality
- “Get stuff done” approach
- Attentiveness to detail
- Desire to learn and grow with an organization
- Experience in hospitality and media industry is an advantage
