Job Title               : Project Manager

Location               : Cincinnati, Ohio. (Hybrid - 3 -4 days a week)

Duration              : 12+ Months

 

Project descriptions(s)/purpose:

Provide technical support to process engineering function, to primarily include support of composite ply shape modifications and creation/modification of “nestings” (ply layouts) for composite hardware.

 

CTQ business requirements:

• Ability to use/quickly learn project management software to support program/project plan creation and daily/weekly updates.
• Activities that lead/support project management of designated projects through the manufacturing process.

 

To include:

• Coordination with stakeholders to understand program/project timing needs
• Development of baseline schedule in project plan format
• Coordination with task owners for progress updates/status to plan for scheduled tasks
• Assessment of critical path actions and schedule impact due to pull-in and push-out of commitments
• Support of hardware movement through process (when required) to prevent stagnant inventory / WIP
