• Participates in the review and collection of business requirements to support Oracle Fusion Absence setup and administration.
• Develops test plans and documentation for managing the testing process.
• Proficient in reviewing and troubleshooting the integration of the Absence module with Time and Labor and Payroll systems in Oracle HCM.
• Demonstrates capability in managing and executing absence administration processes.
• Proficient in understanding and troubleshooting approval workflows

 

Minimum years of experience: 10 years
