Job Description: The ideal person for this role will help with Runbook Automation.  

                                                 

 

                                                   i.     In some areas, run books exists, other areas don’t have clearly defined and complete run books. Client has not finalized a technology for it and open for      suggestion and expertise we bring in.

                                                   ii.     The person must have hands-on experience on runbook automation and should be able to provide consulting approach to select the right technology and implement some use cases immediately to show the benefits.

                                                  iii.     ServiceNow in-built capabilities is desirable.
