Role Description:
- Overall 9+ years of IT Experience.
- Create a detailed project plan outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, and resources required.
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ensure all communication is clear, concise, and documented for reference.
- Schedule and facilitate team meetings, including setting agendas, sending invitations, and recording minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Conduct risk assessment to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress against milestones and deliverables
- Address any issues or conflicts promptly to prevent escalation
- Incorporate lessons learned into future projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Extended hours and weekend support will be required

- Service Now/ADO working experience
- Cloud Technologies
- Linux/ Windows upgrade experience.
