Job Description:-
* 7 to 8 years' experience as a power platform specialist using Microsoft Power Platform suite
* Proven experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents)
* Design and develop solutions utilizing PowerApps to create custom business applications.
* Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate to enhance efficiency across departments.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Create and manage business analytics reports with Power BI to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
* Develop intelligent chatbots using Power Virtual Agents to improve customer interaction and service delivery.
* Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and integrated with existing systems.
* Exposure to SharePoint, API integration, SQL, and Microsoft 365 suite.
* Provide training and support to end-users on the new systems and applications.
* Maintain and update existing applications and workflows to meet changing business needs.
* Stay current with the latest updates and features in Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
