· Participates in the review and collection of business requirements to support Oracle Fusion Absence setup and administration.
· Develops test plans and documentation for managing the testing process.
· Proficient in reviewing and troubleshooting the integration of the Absence module with Time and Labor and Payroll systems in Oracle HCM.
· Demonstrates capability in managing and executing absence administration processes.
· Proficient in understanding and troubleshooting approval workflows
