JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manages the full product lifecycles for reservation systems, table wait management, curbside pickup, delivery services, and backend systems across multiple restaurant concepts.
•collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather detailed requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provides regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues.
• prioritizes and maintains the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery of features.
• leads sprint planning sessions, defines user stories, and establishes acceptance criteria.
• coordinates with the QA team to define test plans, review test cases, and ensure high-quality product releases.
• conducts regular retrospectives to evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned.
