RPA Leader
Work location: Denver Colorado

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• A strong hands-on lead who has maturity and strong communication skills
• who can drive the use cases with the business then there will be an
offshore team who will be doing the real development.
• who can run the business tracks independently and drive business outcome

Requirement Gathering & Design related skills
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to determine
feasibility for automation
• Gather requirements from business partners, suggest the best
automation solution, and develop automation workflows based on those
requirements.
• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable RPA solutions
• Prepare, maintain and update process design documentation related to
business and operational workflows
Development
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to RPA developers and
other team members - experience with UiPath RPA platform (5+ years)
• Perform proof-of-concepts to help the business recognize the
feasibility of an automated solution
• Creation, modification, testing, and implementation of automation
workflows in accordance with standard design principles and
conventions
• Responsible for the complete solution including process workflow,
authentication, error handling, logging and performance tuning
Support skills
• Provide training and support to end-users and RPA developers to
ensure effective utilization of RPA solutions
• While supporting existing processes, create, implement, maintain and
monitor RPA best practices to ensure successful execution of automated
solutions
• Create and manage reusable assets based on Business process patterns
