JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
The Oracle EBS P2P Technical Consultant to provides end-to-end solutions that address clients' business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle EBS P2P modules and Oracle development tools, with the ability to lead a team
Responsibilities
• Primary point of contact for business for Oracle EBS Tech P2P modules
• Focus will be the data migration Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions converted to technical requirements
• Design and review, configuration, testing, deployment, training and release management documents for implementation.
• Resolve functional and technical issues and produce Root Cause Analysis document and provide solution options
Required Skills:
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience with Oracle SCM - P2P applications(Implementation or Upgrade) P2P modules – Payables , Payments, Procurement, Supplier, Employee
• Strong understanding of the Oracle EBS P2P functionality, including business processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in data conversion and validations from Oracle EBS for P2P modules.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 P2P is required; experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge on RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows).
• Strong working knowledge with SQL/PLSQL including performance tuning and optimizing.
• Good knowledge of concurrent manager, concurrent requests and TEMPLATE.fmb, custom.pll and flexfields.
• Experience with application systems development life cycle methodology
• Experience with testing concepts and techniques promoting applications to production
• Experience writing detailed Technical / Conversion Design / Technical Installation documentation, i.e. MD070, MD120 etc.
• Ability to work within offshore / onsite model
Nice to Have Skills:
• Oracle certification is preferred
• Agile certification is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and technological changes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 to 10 years of experiences in the IT profession.
