Role: Change Manager - Transition Manager

Work Location: GREENSBORO, NC/ Remote

Contract Role

This role requires a leader of Change who can demonstrate hands-on experience of implementing change on major transformation programmes.

Experience of ERP and major transformation programmes is a must and ideally PROSCI qualified (or experience of implementing ADKAR change methodology).

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for implementation of change and adoption for the North America wave of Optimus, using the existing Organisational Change Management (OCM) Optimus "blueprint" and adapting it to fit the local requirements. From revising Change Impact Assessments through to ensuring continuous post-implementation adoption

• Responsible for building and implementing end-to-end plan for Communications and Engagement, Learning and Adoption activities with the local North America team

• Liaise directly with the Central OCM team on approach, materials and contributions required to deliver the Optimus OCM plan.

• Manage stakeholder relationships with all North America team members, providing guidance and support on how to manage change.

• Responsible for OCM North America change and adoption measurement and metrics

• Reporting to Central OCM Wave 3 Lead

Person Profile

You are a seasoned Change Manager, with significant experience in delivering change management in global environments. This is a fully hands-on role so experience in being part of global teams and specialist OCM resources across multiple programme "waves" is a must. You will be expected to demonstrate how you have implemented major change, rather than the theory. Being creative is also a must, as we want to "wow" people as they experience change, rather than cookie-cut our approach.

You will come with deep experience in change and in ERP programmes and be highly skilled at change communications (both internal and external) and stakeholder management.

You like to work at pace, be results-oriented, comfortable with taking accountability and working with ambiguity, always striving for the highest quality outcomes. You will be able to cut through to light, smart solutions and avoid bureaucracy. You will have a passion for OCM and driving adoption.

Role Requirements

Experience/Attainments

• 5+ years as a Change Manager, with specific experience in major transformation and ERP programmes in hands-on implementation (not just the theory)

• Ideally PROSCI qualified or minimum experience of using ADKAR to deliver change management

• Creativity and flexibility in delivering OCM, to tailor adoption activities to deliver "wow" for the local team

• Comfortable working in an environment of change and ambiguity

• Experience within FMCG is desirable but not essential

• Comfortable with a high degree of accountability with high visibility of personal contribution

• A continuous learner, willing to explore, learn and grow both yourself and the service we offer in OCM

• Happy to work on the detail and delivery as well as the design and creation

• Results and outcome driven– KPI focussed

• Willing to operate in a complex, global environment

• Personal impact, influence, and credibility

• Flexible approach, ability to adapt to a variety of people, situations and demands
