Location: Middletown, PA 17057 (Hybrid)
Functional
- Should have experience in SAP SD configurations
- Must have a strong understanding of OTC business process knowledge
- Must have experience in master data configuration and cross module integration knowledge LE/FI/MM-PUR
- Should have strong process understanding of Sales Order, Scheduling agreement, consignment, Third Party, STO and Billing process
- Also, good understanding on ATP, Backorder processing, Partner functions determinations, Output determinations, Pricing determinations, batch jobs, BAPI and Idocs
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to achieve results
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms and in English.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in tough and challenging environment and able to cooperate with cross-functional project teams. Ability to influence key individuals inside and outside of own group
- Ability to follow corporate standards with respect to tools and processes
- Strong knowledge and understanding of structured analysis and technical design techniques
- Ability to adapt and rapidly apply changing technology to business needs
- Ability to work in multiple assignments with time management and result perspective
Job Description:
- This SAP SD Architect will be responsible for helping client supporting/ implementing SAP SD functionality and interface with Bolt-Ons
- This position is for Architect with experience in both rollouts and enhancement work including the hand over from enhancement/project to support and has the following key responsibilities:
- Understands ABAP and can work closely with the Technical ABAP led to design and architect the technical design
- Experience with other online store, distributor, end customer facing like initiatives
- Ability to learn and understand TE customizations in SAP.
- Agile experience.
- Experience in true rollout projects
- Architect Leadership Ambition and drive to succeed.
- Someone that is looking for a sense of ownership of the design and implementation
- This person will feel like they are part of the new and dedicated Channel team, helping to drive the way forward.
- Minimal travel - possible workshops, likely in Harrisburg PA, USA.
- Location – East Coast - USA
Nice to have
- SAP SD Certification
- Able to take initiative and help the other team member whenever required
Managed Service Process Experience
- Should understand ITIL concepts for Production Support
- Should understand Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management, Change Management processes
