• Lead a team of SharePoint and Power Platform developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Design and implement complex SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create business applications and data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and custom features.
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint and Power Platform updates and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform environments.
• Implement and manage security, governance, and compliance measures for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to integrate solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
