Client: Texas Health and Human Services Commission Position: System Analyst/Product owner Location: Austin, Texas 78744 Duration: 12 Months Rate: $80/hr on corp to corp
I. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Working with product owners and subject matter experts to gather functional requirements and preparing user stories for sprint teams specific to software development projects.
- Leading sprint planning and grooming sessions.
- Collaborating with product owners and IT development teams to elicit, analyze, and elaborate on epics/features; decomposing features into user stories defining both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyzing and designing the process and data flows from upstream to downstream systems to meet the solution requirements.
- Working in an Agile methodology project team environment.
- Reviewing, evaluating and testing software and documenting findings to technical and non-technical staff.
- Hands on analysis and experience with Java, REST APIs or similar web service experience and documenting their requirements
- Writing and analyzing simple ad hoc queries.
- Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff.
- Having experience with technologies such as Oracle procedures and functions, Oracle forms and reports, and/or microservices is preferred.
- Working with project and collaboration tools for project tracking, such as JIRA or similar.
