Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant
Duration: 1+ Year
Location: Exton, PA (Day1 Onsite)
Primary Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Core HR, Recruitment (ORC), Workforce Compensation.
Secondary Skills: at least 3 end to end Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) implementation experience.
Job Description:
· The candidate should possess 10+ years of relevant experience in HCM with at least 3 end to end Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) implementation experience.
· The candidate must have expert functional knowledge and experience in the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Core HR, Recruitment (ORC), Workforce Compensation.
· Good experience in identification, assessment and providing solutions for complex functional requirements/issues on Oracle Fusion HCM.
· The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers for requirement gathering, providing solution, configuration, testing and go-live.
· Good knowledge of data flow and integrations of Fusion HCM with other downstream systems.
· Good understanding of technical areas such as HCM Extracts, BIP, Fast Formulas.
· Experience working in onsite-offshore model.
· Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving skills.
