Field Service Engineer / Infrastructure support
Work location: Bradley, IL

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The IT engineer must be able to perform the following tasks
Trouble shooting, physical check of pcs, network issue, licenses
configuration, data flow and data storage issues…
User Administration (User creation, access, check on validity of user
accounts, in both Active Directory and Applications)
Installation (coordination with vendor, interaction with remote teams,
configuration of the pc with the different applications…)
Experience with setting up computers and network
