- Should have overall experience of 11- 12yrs
- Should have 5-8 years of TDM experience and knowledge in TDM life cycle, including Synthetic Data Generation, Data Profiling, Data masking, Data mining, Self Service Portal and Data Sub setting.
- Should have 2+ years experience using Genrocket Tool and Delphix
- Experience with building automation for the manual TDM tasks
- Experience in providing TDM Training.
- Excellent knowledge of Software development lifecycles and experience with process models like Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability in learning and using new technologies very quickly and excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management
