Role Requirement:
· Work in 24*7 Production Support environment
· Work with onshore / offshore model to attend handover calls
· Flexible to work in shifts if required
· Good Communication skills
· Leading the team
· Client co-ordination
· Experience in troubleshooting snaplex or performance related issues and provide fixes/workarounds
· Resolution of incidents created in the ticketing tool
· Snaplogic Monitoring and other Admin activities.
· Snaplogic Design Best practices, Error Handling
· User Service Requests such as re-running jobs, onboarding resource questions on process, ad-hoc report generation, ad-hoc run of reports, user administration (where applicable).
· Respond to Service Requests which are submitted through the ticketing tool.
· Perform maintenance required for SSL certificate renewals and SSO
· Perform recurring ticket analysis and provide solutions in order to avoid future incidents
· Creation of standard operating documents
Required Skills/Experiences:
- Experience with Snaplogic in Development and Support projects.
- Support experience in SnapLogic projects.
- 24*7 Production Support knowledge
- Experience in any ITSM tool.
