      15+ years of experience in development background on different technologies such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, JavaScript, Oracle CRM OnDemand, Java etc.
·       Good in team and stakeholder management.
·       Proven experience in handling a team of 50+
·       Facilitating Scrum ceremonies for distributed teams. 
·       Lead the Sprint Vision, Sprint planning, Reviews and Sprint retrospectives. 
·       Ensuring effective CI/CD implementation.
·       Jira Tool – Setting up and maintaining SCRUM dashboards in Jira Collected and presented weekly Scrum Metrics to management. 
·       Weekly metrics include Effort Burn-down charts, velocity charts, release plans & vision team updates. 
·       Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolutions.
·       Allocating work, creating tasks using project management tool Jira and ensuring that all tasks are closed in a timely manner.
·       Protect the team from Over committed of user stories and Scope Creep.
·       Ability to engage and motivate teams towards a common goal.
·       Interacting with team members to ensure smooth progress of project work and ensuring adherence to quality norms throughout the implementation process.
