React JS Developer/Lead Developer
• At least 5+ years of software development experience having a focus on front-end & back-end development.
• 2+ years' experience in ReactJS & Node JS.
• Design, develop and test ReactJS components that meet accessibility and web browser standards.
• Experience of the custom reusable components development using ReactJS, JSX, ES6 features
• Maintained states in the stores and dispatched the actions using React Redux.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Hands-on experience in using ReactJS components, Forms, Events, Keys, Router, Animations and Flux concept.
• Worked on both Class based & Functional components in React JS.
• Hands experience and understanding of React Hooks.
• Understanding of middleware like Redux Thunk & Saga.
• Familiarity with AEM SPA is a Plus.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Experience in all phases of SDLC like Requirement Analysis, Implementation and Maintenance, and extensive experience with Agile and SCRUM
