Job Description:
As an Oracle CPQ Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes for a transportation client. Here are the key responsibilities for this role:
Technical Expertise:
- CPQ Product Configuration: Strong technical skills in configuring CPQ products, including defining rules, handling commerce processes, and working with the Document Designer.
- Pricing Functionality: A deep understanding of pricing functionality within Oracle CPQ Cloud is essential.
- JSON Data Manipulation: Hands-on experience in working with and manipulating JSON data.
- XSL Parsing: Proficiency in XSL parsing for producing output documents is crucial.
Integration Knowledge:
- Upstream and Downstream Systems: Strong understanding of integrations between Oracle CPQ Cloud and other systems both upstream (e.g., CRM) and downstream (e.g., ERP).
- Additional Skills:
- BML Functions: Experience with BigMachines Language (BML) functions is valuable, especially for handling complex use cases.
- CSS, XML, and XSL: Familiarity with CSS, XML, and XSL will aid in customizing and enhancing the CPQ solution.
- Bulk Data Upload: Experience with bulk data upload processes is beneficial.
- Deployment and Migrations: Responsible for deploying and migrating CPQ solutions across different environments.
